Here is how international banks use a separate legal code (International) to govern deceptively against the stated interests of the people (the Republic). This explains why we the people of the U.S. voice a common-sense-interest and Washington D.C. implements the exact opposite. And this pattern has been accelerating for some time.
Law of the Republic: also called National Law, Common Law or the Law of the Land.
International Law: also called Corporate Law, Law of the Sea, Admiralty Law, Maritime Law.
Washington D.C., City of London, Vatican: For example, when you enter the District of Columbia, the City of London or the Vatican City, you come under the jurisdiction of international law, NOT the Law of the Republic. We need to un-incorporate these entities.
...in the 1950's and 60's...our state and local governments all incorporated...When you incorporate anything you take
it from the jurisdiction of the land [Law of the Republic]...and you put it in the jurisdiction of the sea, which is international in nature and which
functions under the law of the sea [International Corporate Law].

Wherever these international corporate entities operate, a dual law code is enforced.
This dual law code pattern
means that private corporate code (law) over-rides any national constitutional
law. In other words, these entities implement Laws of the Sea to over-ride any Laws of the Land.
The pattern for financial recovery is to remove the dual law code and re-institute national constitutional law.

...there are three congresses that we are all familiar with if we stop and think about it.
There is the continental congress which prosecuted the entire civil Revolutionary War. There is the congress of the United States....and there is also the congress of the United States of America.
...And if you read your constitution carefully you will see that both are mentioned....You have the continental congress on the land...and then you have these two other bodies...So you have got three entities there... and we have to understand that our government, our republic, is based on the land [National Law, Common Law].
The land jurisdiction is the jurisdiction that we the people have and hold without any question, without any usurpation possible... what's happened that we are now being chased around the countryside by corporate employees pretending to work for us and yet oppressing us?
That story goes back to more recent times than the civil war actually, although
it started during and after the civil war...and the pedal hit the
metal [accelerated] in the 1950's and 60's when our state and local governments all incorporated.
When you incorporate anything you take it from the jurisdiction
of the land, out from under the law of the land, away from the determinations that were set by the continental congress, and you
put it in the jurisdiction of the sea, which is international in nature and which functions under the law of the sea.
Your Government is supposed to be staffed by you. It's decisions are supposed to be made by you....

...In the twinkling of an eye we had this gigantic change over and yet everything appeared to be the same...the most
misunderstood role is that of the Sheriff....
...The Sheriff on the land jurisdiction is the one that is primarily tasked with keeping the peace and preserving the
property rights of people in the county...but when you incorporate, the Sheriff is no longer operating in a public
office, he is operating in a private corporate office and he is being retasked to
enforce instead all of the statutes, codes and regulations of the corporate government entity.
...he [the Sheriff] has gone from being a peace keeper on the land to being a code enforcer
on the sea...
...so as a result our Sheriffs don't have a public office, they don't have a public bond, and if you look closely they
don't have a public oath. Neither do any of the members of congress. If you look up the oath of the
members of congress, you will see that they take their oath to the constitution of the [corporate] UNITED STATES...as a
result we have a government wildly out of control...
...we have governmental services corporations masquerading as the true government and those corporations are basically
owned and operated by international banking cartels...
Note: Usually, the use of all capital letters in legal documents (including names on credit cards) signifies a commercial CORPORATE CONTRACT OR ENTITY.
...it works like this, we have the Federal Reserve and it is running a governmental services corporation calling
itself the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA INC and we have the IMF [International Monetary Fund] that is running another
governmental services corporation calling itself the UNITED STATES INC.
So you have two gigantic banks and you've got two gigantic governmental services corporations.
and they each have a roster of similarly named agencies, and how can you tell the difference? ...Well, the IMF agencies
are all in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS and the Federal Reserve system agencies
are all upper and lower case. So when you see 'FBI', you are seeing the IMF version of FBI. And when you
see 'Federal Bureau of Investigations', upper and lower case, you are talking about the Federal Reserve
version.
That's what we grew up with.... Now recently things have flipped flopped around since they have tried to begin
the second round...in the first round it was the Federal Reserve system,
not the Federal Reserve, but a separate incorporated entity doing business as the
FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM, was operating and the store front governmental services corporation was the
United States of America Inc, upper and lower case.
...This entity [United States of America Inc] was placed into bankrupcy in 1933 by Franklin Delano Rosevelt who was its president, corporate CEO.
Well before they went bankrupt, these swindlers created
Foreign Situs Trusts named after every living american. And these Foreign Situs Trusts were registered, not recorded,
[but] registered in favor of the states that were franchises of the United States of America Inc.
...So that for example, when I was born in 1956, the State of Wisconsin, upper and lower case... which was a franchise of
the bankrupt national corporation doing business as the United States of America Inc, latched onto my name, seized upon
it by presenting undisclosed paperwork to my mother, which they foisted off on her as a simple recording of my birth event, my nativity, but
which they in fact used as a means to register my name and copyright it....
[...which we all know that nobody can enter into a contract for you without your full notification and permission to do so...]
...it [this system of incorporating or monetizing] was put into play by the prompting of Colonel Mandelhaus who was a British agent and Woodrow
Wilson did sign it as the president of the British backed United States corporation...
...the essence of the problem they have handed us is that they [international corporations] have mis-characterized our political status.
So most of the legal problems that arise are actually political status problems...there are a number of things you can do that are of varying value
...the most important thing that I think anyone can do right now is to get busy and organize your counties on the land. There are 3100 counties in America.
And of those 3100 counties perhaps 35-40 are properly constituted at this moment as properly working, viable counties.
...so organizing your county on the land again, and operating its unincorporated body politics is the fundamental building block you need in place to secure
enforcement and begin operating common law courts.
...so the common law courts are the courts that have been the people's courts
since the founding, and before the founding of the United States they were the courts of the people in the colonies. In fact they were so taken for
granted that when it came time to draft the constitution, they are barely mentioned in the constitution because the constitution concerned itself
with setting up a maritime [international corporate] arm of government.
...You have to realize that the entire constitution is fundamentally concerned with setting up maritime issues because the federal government is empowered with 19 powers,
we call them enumerated powers or services, that they are under contract to provide to the land based United States [the republic].
...in ammendment 7 it's very clearly spelled out that the people and their actual
assets have to be adjudicated under common law. So why are we seeing all these criminal [corporate] law courts?...
....the good news is that...[when you] re-establish your counties on the land and
re-establish your states on the land and at each stage you open up your common law courts they have to
shut down [the corporate admiralty courts]. You have reference to a key decision, which is
Milligan Exparte [sp?] that very, very clearly states that when our American common law courts are operating
they have to shut down their [corporate] admiralty courts....
